Bucket Elevators
Bucket elevators are one of the most common and efficient methods for elevating bulk materials. Serving a wide range of industries and applications, they provide reliable vertical material handling for many types of bulk solids.
Our industrial bucket elevators are one of the cornerstones of our business. We design and fabricate high-lift bucket elevators with buckets up to 48 inches wide, built to meet the demands of your specific material, capacity, and process requirements.
Bucket elevators are available in several styles to match the material, capacity, and service requirements of your application. Common options include centrifugal discharge, continuous discharge, and mill duty designs.
Centrifugal discharge bucket elevators use buckets mounted on a belt or chain and are designed to move material efficiently at higher speeds. This style is commonly used for free-flowing bulk materials where fast, reliable discharge is required.
Continuous discharge bucket elevators are available in belt or chain configurations and are designed for more gentle material handling. This style is well suited for fragile or friable materials where product degradation needs to be minimized.
Mill duty bucket elevators are built for high-volume, severe-duty applications. Available with belt-mounted or chain-mounted buckets, these heavy-duty elevators are designed to handle demanding operating conditions and rugged material handling requirements.
